Delivery
South African Addresses:
FRCSA (Pty) Ltd will ship orders to any address in South Africa, orders will only be processed at our Johannesburg Head Office.
All orders and invoices are South African Vat inclusive. You will be responsible for any duties, taxes or similar fees in your country
International Orders:
At present we are unable to deliver to addresses outside South Africa, you can order online and choose “Store Collection” and make arrangements with your shipping or delivery service to collect on your behalf.
Delivery Times:
Lockdown Delivery Times: Please note, due to the ongoing lockdown, we have experienced extraordinary delays from suppliers & courier services. Please expect an additional 3 to 5 working days above existing delivery times.
Most of our products are available in stock thus allowing us to ship orders as soon as payment is received. An average of 2 to 5 working days is expected to major cities and 7 to 14 working days to rural and outlying areas.
Should a product be out of stock, you will be notified and offered a suitable replacement, an option to wait a few more days or a complete refund.
Shipping costs:
Due to our large range of products, shipping fees vary from item to item. Shipping fee’s will automatically be calculated during the checkout process.
Below is an estimate of shipping fee’s:
* Smaller orders ie. stickers, merchandise, gifts– Category 01 – starting at R99
* Medium Sized orders ie. arches, grilles, lights etc – Category 02 – starting at R190
* Large Size orders ie. bumpers, roof racks, sports bar etc. Category 03 – starting at R320
* X Large Size orders ie. alloy wheels and tyres Category 04 – starting at R495
Note: These are estimate shipping fees, more accurate shipping costs will be calculated in the checkout process.
Damage and loss of items purchased from this website pass to you upon handover to the carrier. You will be responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
Collections
Orders may be collected from Kyalami, Midrand, Johannesburg. Please notify the FRCSA Administrator 2 days prior to collection.
Online orders must be paid in full before it will be processed and shipped to our stores for collection.
Refunds and Exchange Policy
Products may be returned within 7 days of purchase – However, products should not be used at all (no stickers can be returned once peeled of the backing paper), proof of purchase (invoice) and the original packaging must be provided.
Goods incorrectly supplied or damaged will be replaced at no additional cost, if a replacement is not possible (due to quality issues, or being discontinued) full refund will be given.
